Recharge Class Schedule

In a small group training format, we will bring you through workouts that are specifically designed to maximize the effectiveness of your workout and help eliminate your weaknesses. Our trainers will utilize the skills they have learned while working with a wide range of athletes of all abilities to bring you through a workout proven to provide results. Motivating you each step of the way!


Everything is better with company – and by keeping our classes small from 8 to 12 people, we can focus on your needs and goals in an encouraging environment with accountability, proper technique, and inspiration.


AND YOU CAN ALWAYS TRY YOUR FIRST CLASS FREE! 


*To stay socially conscious during the coronavirus, we offer live online streaming classes to better serve the community during this time. We are health-focused first and foremost! 


After registering for any online class, the ZOOM meeting ID and password will be emailed to participants 15 mins before each class start time. Recordings available if want to do the class at a different time – still sign up, and we will email you the recording if you don’t make it. Great for our traveling members too!
