A full functional movement screen and form evaluation (running biomechanics, specific lifting techniques, or athletic training assessment) to access injury risk factors and to create a specific monthly prehab and strength plan to help you reach your goals and become more bulletproof!
Includes email communication, form video assessment, live online 30-45 min FMS screening, full monthly plan with video demo links and specific form cues as well as a follow up 30-45 live online coaching session!
One solution does not fit all. The journey to improved health should be a fun, tasty, learning experience. You should enjoy your overall plan, because if you don’t, how long will you stick to it? A tailored plan focusing on small changes and regular accountability and assessment meetings will lead to lasting changes for the better. In our group training, we will bring you through strength, mobility, and conditioning workouts that are specifically designed by our head coaches to create a well-balanced program based on 4 week power and strength cycles. Our trainers will utilize the skills they have learned while working with a wide range of athletes of all abilities to bring you through a workout proven to provide results - motivating you each step of the way!
