Kyle brings 13 years of experience as a coach to Recharge! A former professional soccer player and current ultra-marathon runner, he studied Biomechanics and Kinesiology in college and brings a practical, scientific approach to training.
Kyle's training methodology and style is built around training the individual as just that, an individual, with practical and functional training with micro and macro goals in mind. He is very proficient in everything from Olympic lifting and non-conventional training (sandbags, kettlebells etc) to run programming and traditional strength and conditioning work.
When he’s not in the gym, Kyle is either out on the trails or off on adventure with his dog Bia!
